The paper presents the work experience of the additional education institution in the psychological and pedagogical accompanying the students' professional and personality self-determination. The authors define the psychological and pedagogical accompanying as the assistance to the students in the formation of the orientation field of development which is realized as a complex programme with four units of programmes.
