Prevention of burnout in mid-level medical staff

The features of the professional activity of paramedical personnel are revealed as a prerequisite for the development of burnout syndrome. The groups of occupational risks that adversely affect the state of mental and physical health of nurses are considered. The results of a study of levels of emotional burnout and self-assessment of stress resistance of an experimental sample of nurses are presented. The importance of training in the psychoprophylaxis of emotional burnout of nurses is shown.
