Psucho regulatory training in kettlebell lifting

The relevance of the study is due to the desire to improve the quality of training of kettlebell lifters for upcoming competitions, including by improving the quality of their psychological training. Psycho regulatory training was conducted during the semester with members of the University's team in kettlebell lifting and students who attend classes in kettlebell lifting optional. Using various research methods, an attempt was made to gradually establish psychological support for kettlebell lifters. Especially effective proved psycho regulatory training. The results of the presentations are improving, which indicates the need to continue and improve the work in this direction.
