Psychotherapeutic metaeffect of pedagogues postgraduate education

Modern postgraduate pedagogues' education is interpreted from the position of prospective effects, such as methodological self-determination, introspection experience on the basis of upcoming criteria system, development of interpretation abilities. Integration of a quantity of effects of pedagogue postgraduate education frequently leads to the psychotherapeutic metaeffect, that is a psychologically positive transformations of his relations and self-perception in professional and personal spheres. The author beleives that inclusion of the notion «psychotherapeutic effect» into professional reflexion of an andragogue, working in the sphere of raising the level of pedagogue's skills, can make a result of postgraduate education more stable.
