Public company and federal state unitary enterprise: the comparative and legal characteristic in aspect of providing the state services

Purpose: Article is sent for consideration of the comparative and legal characteristic of the public company and federal state unitary enterprise. Methodology: The author applied legallistic and comparative and legal methods. Results: In article the conclusion that the public companies, unlike the federal state unitary enterprises, are characterized by more effective management and bigger transparency at simultaneous toughening of requirements to workers both constant internal and external control that corresponds to the general tendency of the public policy directed to improvement of quality of public administration and providing the state services is drawn.
