Public regulation of bank activity in the Russian Federation

In article problems of legal regulation and law-enforcement practice in the bank sphere are considered. Characteristics of modern system of public administration and control in the bank sphere are analyzed. It is revealed and is reasonable that in the public essence bank activity is closed with financial activity of the state and municipal units.
