Debatable question about legal entity of election’s committee in case of its publicly domineering properties. Noted that during almost twenty years legislator has been changing his position about it: at first, election’s committee referred to authorities, and then they known as authorities with undefined legal entity. Author proves that election’s committee must be defined as a authorities in the sphere of election’s relationships.
