Public mechanisms to protect the rights and freedoms of citizens Russian Federation

The article is devoted to general characteristics of the mechanisms for the protection of the rights and freedoms of the Russian Federation by the President of Russian Federation citizens, executive power bodies of the Russian Federation. The system of protection of the rights and freedoms of man and citizen, enshrined in the Russian Constitution, acquires real property by the activity of state bodies in human rights activities. State bodies, municipalities and their officials, are the subjects of human rights.
