Public easements in the field of nature management

The article considers public easements in the field of environmental management. The content, subjects and object of this right, the procedure for its introduction and termination are investigated. The possibility, expediency and necessity of the existence and legislative consolidation of public easements in the field of environmental management are analyzed. It is concluded that the holder of public easements may invalidate the normative act that establishes the easement. Such an opportunity exists when the decision violates the interests of the owner.
