Public Access to Information on Gas Pipeline Protection Zones: Trends in the Development of Legal Regulation

The article examines the issues related to the basis for the demolition of buildings, structures and facilities located within the boundaries of gas pipeline protection zones. The positions of the Supreme Court of the Russian Federation and the Constitutional Court of the Russian Federation on the grounds for demolishing capital construction projects are considered, taking into account the establishment of the fact that the developer is aware of the existence of restrictions imposed on rights to land plots. The regulatory legal acts providing for the procedure for transferring information on events carried out in the field of gas supply to the federal spatial data fund were studied. The trends in the development of legal regulation in the field of combining spatial data on the boundaries of gas pipeline security zones are analyzed. The solution to the problem under study is considered in the article from the standpoint of implementing measures aimed at combining spatial data within a single state digital platform.
