Russian literature in the 19th century is associated with the rapid flourishing of culture. Spiritual rise and important historical processes are reflected in the immortal works of writers and poets. This article is devoted to the representatives of the Golden age of Russian journalism and the peculiarities of this direction, and the study of the inconsistency of its development
