The article is devoted to an urgent problem today - the preparation of a scientific publication by a teacher working in the vocational education system as a result of generalizing the experience of pedagogical activity. The characteristic features of the preparation of scientific publications by the teaching staff are highlighted and described. The article analyzes the range of publications in which publications can presumably be placed. The question of the forms and methods of organizing work with the teaching staff to ensure publication activity continues to be debatable. The authors trace the formation of this work in college, summarize practical experience in this area of activity. The fact of the importance of continuous support of the teacher in the process of working on the publication, providing methodological assistance is noted. In conclusion, the results of the comprehensive work of the educational institution to ensure the publication activity of teachers are presented.
