Needle aspiration puncture in treatment of peripancreatic acute fluid collection by acute pancreatitis (clinical case)

Case reports of successful treatment of patient with peripancreatic acute fluid collection (AFC) (volume > 350 ml, size > 20 cm) in presence of acute pancreatitis by repeated fine needle aspiration puncture without drainage are presented. Necessity for finalization each puncture full emptying of liquid collection and introducing in its cavity with antiseptic solution, with an average interval 3-5 days between punctures are selected. Also, scheme of nutrition support for puncture treatment of AFC at acute pancreatitis is shown.
