Ways to improve the gaps in the contract system of the Russian Federation

The article discusses ways to improve the gaps in the contract system of the Russian Federation. It is noted that in order to improve the public procurement system, in 2013 a federal law was adopted that regulates the entire cycle of the contract system - from planning to control. It was revealed that the adopted law has a fairly high efficiency and a decrease in the level of corruption in relations between the customer and the participant. The problematic issues of the contract system are identified. It is concluded that the modern system of contractual relations is very problematic and requires further streamlining, especially in terms of honing legal elements.
