This article discusses the essence of labor conflicts in modern organizations, as well as the main reasons for their occurrence. The article includes a description of methods aimed at preventing and timely resolution of conflicts that arise in organizations. The main ways of managing labor conflicts are proposed, which help to reduce their number, reduce social tension in the workforce, which leads to the formation of positive consequences of labor conflicts.
