Ways to balancing the regional budget

In his research, the author raises the problem of the regional budget deficit and highlights the measures that are being taken at different levels of government to overcome it. However, according to the results of numerous studies, regional disparities are only increasing. Consequently, it is necessary, starting from the federal level of government, to revise the current budgetary policy; it is necessary to make changes in a comprehensive manner, starting from the legal basis and ending with the economic ones.
