Ways to ensure the production growth of Russian airlines in an ever-changing external environment using the example of the Aeroflot group

The article is devoted to the use of a set of scientific research methods to find ways to solve the problems of the influence of external factors on the activities of an aviation enterprise using the Aeroflot group as an example. The authors have identified the reasons for the need to carry out measures to increase the independence of the group in the implementation of aviation activities, found a high relationship between the passenger flow of the national carrier and the total passenger flow of airlines of the Russian Federation, as well as other statistically important factors. The position of the group in the air transportation market was determined by calculating the main economic indicators of PJSC Aeroflot and consolidating settlements with other parties to the airline's activities. The method of hierarchy analysis was used to determine strategically important areas of the company's development from the point of view of external risk management. Having conducted a vector analysis, a priority format for optimizing activities was identified.
