Optimization of cash circulation in the Russian Federation

This article describes ways of optimizing cash circulation in Russia, namely: identified problems of monetary circulation; the ways of stimulating the circulation of money, such as the development and implementation of long-term Federal programs of development of cashless payments in the national economy; stimulation of development of system of cashless payments using payment cards; establishment of a single state payment system and the centralized handling of cash.
