Ways of improving the efficiency of using reserves LLC "RPP-Crimea"

The analysis of the composition and structure of the stocks of LLC "RPP-CRIME" is made. The share of revenue that accounts for each type of goods sold is determined using ABC analysis, three groups of goods are identified - the most profitable, the average profitability and the less profitable goods. Using data on the work of the trade organization, the level of rationality of the use of reserves was revealed and recommendations were developed to increase the efficiency of their use.
