The purpose of any telecommunications company is to provide services of a specified volume and quality within a certain timeframe. In the digital economy, the range of services provided by the company is constantly expanding. Moreover, one should proceed not only from the national and individual needs for these services, but also from the need to take into account the achievement of the maximum level of efficiency of the telecom operator itself. The main condition for increasing efficiency is to increase entrepreneurial income and profits. Based on this, the authors, using the example of PJSC Rostelecom, proposed organizational and managerial measures that will help reduce the cost of services and / or increase the income of a telecommunications company, which means increasing profits and improving the efficiency of the enterprise.
