Increase the efficiency of interaction between state and municipal authorities in the management of property and land resources

The article contains theoretical and practical components of the main problems of interaction of public authorities with municipalities in solving a number of issues related to the effective management of property and land resources. The paper reflects the main aspects that weaken the mechanism of effective solution of management issues related to property and land relations. Methods of optimization of the database of property and land transactions with elements of digitalization, systematization of document flow in the course of interaction of state authorities with municipalities on issues of property and land relations are proposed.
