Ways to raising the quality of labour potential in modern Russia

When considering the Russian population from different standpoints, we see weakening of its social potential. To accomplish the task of modernization, it is necessary to consistently make investments in people. Characteristics of the population state and quality of life should be used as the main criterion for all decisions of the federal and regional authorities, according to the well-known formula: saving not only the people on the whole, but also every member of the society.
