This article is devoted to the analysis of modern approaches to improving the quality of products in the field of tourism services. It examines the main factors affecting the quality of a travel product, including the introduction of innovative technologies, the improvement of personnel management, the use of marketing strategies and the improvement of customer service. Special attention is paid to the importance of adapting services to the needs of customers and compliance with international quality standards, as well as recommendations for improving the competitiveness of travel services.
