The ways of improvement the competitiveness of the consumer sector companies

This article is devoted to the consideration of the main ways to increase the competitiveness of enterprises operating in the consumer sector. This article presents a comparative analysis of the competitiveness of two enterprises in the consumer sector: JSC «Trading House «PEREKRESTOK» and LLC «FIX PRICE», during which the competitiveness coefficients were calculated. Also, based on the analysis, ways to increase competitiveness were developed separately for each of the enterprises.
