The proposed scientific article examines ways to increase the competitiveness of the production and sale of meat and meat products, and clarifies their theoretical and practical provisions. Based on the results of the study, based on determining the factors of competitiveness of products of meat processing enterprises in the Osh region of the Kyrgyz Republic, problems in the production and sale of meat and meat products, directions for improving their competitiveness through a mechanism of state support were proposed.
