Ways of educational sector legal development in the Kyrgyz Republic

The study of legal development ways of education sector in the Kyrgyz Republic is an urgent task in the recent time. Research objectives: analysis and study of legal development ways of the education sector in the Kyrgyz Republic. Research materials and methods: a literary review was made on legal aspects and regulatory laws in the development of the education sector in the Kyrgyz Republic. Research results: legal acts containing administrative and legal norms regulating relations in the field of higher education interact with each other in accordance with general patterns. Conclusions: there is a need to correct domestic legislation by introducing amendments and additions to the laws governing administrative relations in the field of education and science.
