Comparative analysis of indicators of tissue homeostasis in fishes and amphibians in the first year of postembryogenesis revealed that more the number of polyploid hepatocytes (PCNA-positive) was observed in perivenular area, on the background of the fact that the hepatocytes the metabolic zone die on the way of autophagy, in addition as alternative power source and the implementation of programmed cell death, programmed cell death, under conditions when apoptotic mechanism impossible. Program of realization of programmed cellular death - apoptosis - is presented only in fish in periportally an area in the region of the central veins and centrolobular area leading type of hepatocyte death is autophagy. Amphibians revealed a more complex program switching pathways of cell death in periportal area ratio of apoptosis and autophagy is 68-32%, respectively, in centrolobular 50-50% and in the area of central veins - 100% autophagy. In the group of amphibians in centrolobular and perivenular zones of hepatic acini revealed a greater number of desmin-positive Ito cells and tissue macrophages. The results of these studies indicate that the studied animal species leading form of programmed cell death is autophagy. In the evolutionary dynamics of the tendency to the increase in the number of Ito cells and tissue macrophages of the liver; indicators of activity of the genes bcl-2 and p-53 in different directions, but their activity is higher in the group of fish. Mutual cytacommunicator stromal-parenchymal of citation activated as death of hepatocytes towards apoptosis, and on the way of autophagy.
