Ways of development of disintegration processes in Europe under conditions of geopolitical turbulence

The author reveals the ways of development of disintegration processes in Europe under the conditions of geopolitical turbulence. It is revealed that the phenomena associated with the economic disintegration of gas transport links between the European Union and the Russian Federation have led to significant economic damage for a number of EU member states and revealed both fundamental contradictions in economic interests and manifestations of economic separatism on the part of a number of member states. It has been established that the tightening of trade barriers of the European Union with the Russian Federation and the refusal to use Russian energy resources have led to the loss of competitive advantage of the EU member states, designed to increase and develop sectoral specialization of the member states of the integration association.
