Ways to solve the problem of adaptation and anchorage of young specialists in the public service system

The article examines the concept of the young specialists’ adaptation; the urgency of the young specialists’ adaptation and their consolidation in the Governmental Entities of Kamchatka Krai is revealed; a new model of the young specialists’ professional adaptation in the public service of Kamchatka Krai for its effectiveness’ improvement is presented.
