The paths of the Russian idea: from elder Philotheus to N. Ya. Danilevsky

The article is a review of the fourth issue of the scientific journal of the St. Petersburg Theological Academy “Russian-Byzantine Bulletin” for 2024. The materials of the issue reveal the understanding of the historical paths of the formation of the Russian idea. The issue traditionally contains two main sections - “History of Philosophy” and “Domestic History”. The presented articles are devoted mainly to two important historical and philosophical anniversaries - the 500th anniversary of the theory “Moscow is the Third Rome” and the 200th anniversary of the birth of the great Russian philosopher N. Ya. Danilevsky.
