Ways of improving financial control in Russia

This paper presents considered ways of improving financial control. Given the relationship of the proposed ways of improvement of state financial control with sharp drawbacks. A substantiation of ways of improvement of financial control of Russia in view of the shortcomings in the current conditions. According to the analytical data provided in article, it is necessary to determine by the priority directions improvement of financial control, increase of productivity of control and auditing work of separate departmental divisions, quality improvement inspection and documenting of results of control actions. In the conclusion authors come to a conclusion that prospects of improvement of financial control depend on its quality at all its stages and timeliness of adequate reaction of financial bodies, the main managers of means and authorities on results of the subsequent control, that is on identification of the facts of inappropriate and inefficient use of budgetary funds by introduction of measures for compensation of illegal expenses, regulation of the amounts of financing and reduction in compliance with the normative legal acts regulating the budgetary process.
