The ways of improvement of innovative activity in shipbuilding enterprises

In shipbuilding, the production of products always occurs with the division of labor among a multitude of companies; therefore, the most serious attention is paid to the development of effective management and forms of interaction between industry enterprises. The organizational and economic mechanism of management of innovative activity of the shipbuilding enterprises is proposed, the application of the system and process approaches in its development is justified. The main elements of the presented mechanism and their interrelation with innovative potential of enterprises are considered. It is noted that the perspective development of the shipbuilding industry, as well as other industries for the coming decades, will largely depend on the success in implementing the concept of "Industry 4.0". However, for the effective functioning of the presented mechanism of innovation management and practical implementation of digital technologies, it is necessary to create appropriate economic and organizational conditions
