Corporate culture of any organization requires continual monitoring and developing which is reasonable to carry out on the system base in accordance with its separate elements, taking into account their mutual influence and directing towards external environment. The basis for forming and optimizing the organizational culture should become the components of its deep level: mission, principles of activity, values, history, legends, traditions, employment conditions and strategy of development. To provide the maximal efficiency of corporate culture, its second level components (artifacts) should be adapted to the basic ones.
