This paper discusses the drawbacks of the organization of career guidance and vocational education of teenagers and youngsters in ungraded schools and colleges in the country through the example of Uzhur District of the Krasnoyarsk Territory. The authors present their point of view of the organization of continuous vocational education in conditions of network cooperation of country schools, colleges, businesses in the region with the use of distant learning technology based on the principles of dual education.
