Labour history of the Urals on the verge of XX-XXI centuries: traditions and innovations

Peculiarities of theoretic approaches to study of the Urals labour history in 1920s-1930s at the modern age are featured in the article. Stages of reconsideration of the working class history acre characterised, changes of methodological grounds of the Russian historical study, emergence of the new labour history concepts se and changes in the scientific problems investigation of the history of the Urals working class are analyzed
