The "labour question" of the European Russia in agriculture

The issue research of labour market formation of the European Russia in the late of nineteenth - early twentieth century seems to be very strong, because it has been giving an opportunity to take a fresh look the stage development level of the Russian industry and agriculture of the specified period and to understand the development essence and tendency of Russia in twentieth century too. It is submitted that the choice of the modern economic development effective model is not possible without an understanding of the historic backgrounds and bourgeois transformation processes in regard to labour relations. The article discusses the issue of agricultural workers withdrawal from their masters in the late of nineteenth - early twentieth century. It is concluded that this phenomenon was not a public Russian problem. This paper provides the extreme unresolved issue of relations between masters and workers, a great economic and social discriminate of the last named, the lack of special organizations system and services on regulation of a process to meet the demand on labour by its availability.
