Operation of concrete pumps in the network

The article presents an improved algorithm for calculating the pumped concrete mixture in the framework of the previously developed method of hydraulic calculation of pumping units. As an example, the calculation of the pumped concrete mixture in the conditions of construction is considered. The performance diagram of Putzmeister BSA 14000 SHP-D concrete pump in three types is presented: experimental data obtained during the construction of a skyscraper; theoretical diagram provided by the pump manufacturer; dependence of pressure losses on the flow calculated according to the algorithm proposed by the authors.
