Working with texts of judicial speeches as a method of rhetorical training of law faculty students

The article defines the basic directions of law faculty students training on the basis of analysis of rhetorical techniques of the world famous Russian judicial figures of the past, who applied these techniques perfectly, using in their speeches both logic and brightly expressed figurative component. In the article some aspects of students speech training illustrated by examples of concrete judicial speeches analysis are also characterized.
