Work with residents appeals in local government bodies

The article considers a functional approach to working with residents appeals in local self-government bodies on the example of the krasnoufimsky district Municipality. The analysis of the problems of working with appeals in local government bodies and opportunities to improve the efficiency of working with appeals is carried out. Based on the analysis, we suggest ways to improve the work with residents ' appeals in the Municipality.
