The article reveals the peculiarities of teachers ' work with gifted children in innovative educational institutions. The problem is revealed from the point of view of the context of modern management problems. Special attention is paid to the concepts of giftedness and intellectual potential of such children, the main strategies for working with gifted children. Special attention is paid to the management of the pedagogical process when working with such children. This article also highlights the features of managing the pedagogical process with different types of gifted children. The problem is that today it is necessary to regularly search for new methods, tools and strategies when working with children with high intellectual potential. Methods, tools and strategies for teaching gifted children should be appropriate to the era in which the child is learning and developing. It is also important for the teacher to apply an individual approach to each gifted child with whom he works.
