This article gives conclusions about the sociological research of the satisfaction of young workers, white-collar workers, and office workers of the cites of the Chelyabinsk Province the maintenance, the organization, conditions and a payment. This article analysis relations between young workers and they enterprises administration. Results of research have shown necessity of the differentiated address approach for the youth policy for the whole, and to working youth, in particular.
