Employees of standard and non-standard forms of employment on the regional labor market

The transformation of employment is one of the trends of the modern labor market. Under the influence of many factors that caused changes in labor demand and labor supply, the standard employment typical of industrial economies of the twentieth century began to recede into the background, giving way to less stable forms of securing social and labour relations. In contrast to the stable wage employment under open-ended employment contract and full working day, such forms of employment as incomplete and secondary employment, temporary employment, self-employment, etc. are becoming more and more widespread.
