Conceptual approaches to education of optimism as professional and personality quality of future teachers have been investigated. The conditions and technological bases influencing its disclosure and development have been defined. Creating the situation of success acts as the leading favourable condition. The author considers that the real success of students is confirmation and real foundation of pedagogical optimism of teachers. Proposed social-personal-active approach taking into account personality peculiarities of each participant in training and pedagogical interaction.
