Rational use of labor resources and the role of active participation in the food (commodity and trade) support of the country

This article discusses the solution to the problem of food security of the country by using its own resources, using the labor resources of the village as an integral part of the national productive forces, as well as the transition to a qualitatively new model of management to solve socio-economic problems. Therefore, one of the most important tasks of future young researchers who want to consolidate the achievements of agroeconomic science in practice should be the problem of the interdependence of land relations and the personnel potential of the regions of the republic.
