Rationally number

With the emergence of ideas about whole numbers, ideas arose about parts of a unit, more precisely, about parts of a whole concrete object. With the appearance of the natural number n, the idea arose of a fraction of the form which is now called aliquot, generic or basic. Fractions appeared in the course of measurement, the need for the most accurate measurements led to the fact that the initial units of measure began to be divided into 2, 3 or more parts.
