Rational mode of work and rest of persons affected by vibration

The article deals with the questions of labor regime when using the hand-mechanized tool, which is a mean to reduce the severity of vibration on human health. The results of studies have shown that it is possible to prevent emergence of pathological states on a human body and to improve working conditionson vibrodangerous technological processesby means of the rational modes of work. The article presents the results of the analysis of labor conditions thathave shown that the contact time with the vibration can be up to 57.5% of the operational timefor choppers, 65.5% for riveters, 74%for grinders, 62%for mechanics, 43.73 % for choppers-grinders, 61%for polishers. The research of the work modes demonstrates that it is necessary to consider all short-term pauses and inclusions, which are characteristic for the majority of operating conditions. It is established that work and rest schedules have to be set on the basis of studying of changes of the working capacity reflecting extent of an adverse effect of all factors on a human body for working in the conditions of vibration with the presence of other adverse factors (high temperatures, toxic substances, etc.) exceeding sanitary standards.
