Rational dimension types of wheeled tractors and units for zonal tillage technologies

The analysis of the natural-production conditions of the Krasnoyarsk Territory that is included into the agro-zone of the Siberian Federal district 6.2 is conducted. It is shown that the tillage efficiency increase involves the substantiation of the nominal value of the working speed, the mass-energy parameters of tractors and the unit grip width for each of three groups of related activities and prevailing classes of the rut length taking into account the technical equipment and the formation prospects of technologically required machine-tractor park of the region. The basis of the technical support for the tillage and seeding technologies in the territorial agriculture is formed by the wheeled tractors 4k4 of the domestic and foreign production with the variable operating mass and by the multi-operating units and the working machines of the section type with variable grip width, the adaptation of which to the natural-production conditions assumes the knowledge of the regulation intervals and the set of these parameters optimal values before work starting. The basis of the tractor adaptation and the unit completing is provided by the pure performance with a minimum cost for each group of technological operations and the established class of the rut length. It is theoretically proved that the tractor adaptation to the natural-production conditions is achieved at optimum values of specific consumption of materials, which correspond to the rational intervals of mass-energy parameter change for different groups of primary tillage related operations and prevailing classes of the rut length. Based on the experiment results, the specific consumption of materials for each group of related activities in the operation of tractor with the nominal speed in the traction range limited by modes of maximum tractive efficiency and the permissible slipping are substantiated. The power rational dimensional types of the wheeled tractors of different configurations and the optimal distribution of their mass between the axles of front and rear wheels are determined; the intervals of grip width of the tilling machines for zonal technologies and prevailing classes of the rut length are defined.
