Detailed description of the nuclear, chemical and biological protection (NCBP) of population was given. Sources of emergency situations of the NBC nature were determined. Analysis of sources of NBC threats, arising from the conduct of hostilities and as a result of these actions, was conducted. Goals of ensuring of the nuclear, chemical and biological protection of the population were formulated. Principles of providing NCBP of the population were reviewed. The main content and stages of implementation of the Concept of radiation, chemical and biological protection for the period up to 2020 was solved.
