Rickets and rickets-like diseases: clinico-roentgenological and biochemical manifestations, treatment

X-ray features of vitamin D-resistant rickets and consequences of D-deficient rickets in various stages and age groups, the peculiarities of formation and reconstruction of osseous regenerate in treatment by trans-osseous osteosynthesis, as well as the reasons of relapses of post- rickets deformities have not been investigated sufficiently so far and are of scientific and practical interest.
