The article introduces into scientific circulation the Early Slavic materials from the multilayer site Bondarevka 2 in Sudzha district, Kursk region (Fig. 1: A–B). The site is associated with a significant number of stray finds of fibulae, pendants, bracelets, belt sets details and other ornaments belonging to group I of «the Antes’ antiquities» dating from the 6th – third quarter of the 7th century (Fig. 1: Г; 2). They could constitute a part of a destroyed hoard, be related to jewelry production, or indicate the existence of a cremation cemetery of the Kolochin culture in the area in question. In 2019–2020 excavations were carried out at the site, as a result a part of the production complex was investigated (Fig. 4–6) presumably dating back to the first centuries AD. It consists of several rounded «hearths» shaped of strongly baked clay located on the ravine slope. The function of these objects, however, remains unclear.
